Dedicated Professionals

Everyone works better as part of a well organised and effective team. We strongly believe in teamwork and the ongoing success of Georgian House is dependent on nurturing a dedicated, skilled and effective team across the organisation. We actively provide opportunities for our staff to study and train to further their careers within Georgian House Nursing Home.

Staffing Levels

These are subject to continuous review and are based upon the dependency levels of our residents. We have a team of 8 registered nurses who work around the clock. Alongside the registered nurses there is a dedicated team of 14 carers.

Our reputation is based on the loyal and dedicated staff who provide an extremely high quality of care. All staff receive a full induction and are encouraged to participate in the NVQ Level 2 training programme.
